Not all ‘climate-smart’ crop projects operating in Arkansas previously approved for the USDA’s Climate-Smart Commodities program grants will continue to receive funding, but some companies, like Tennessee-based business AgriCapture, will continue receiving funds.
AgriCapture, which started in 2021, aims to make farming, including rice farms, more profitable, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and water usage, while paying farmers to participate in its programs.
